Terms and Conditions for Raffle Participation
By entering the raffle organized by Ohorongo Game and Safari Lodge (Pty) Ltd. participants
agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:
1 Eligibility
The raffle is open to anyone receiving a raffle participation code.
Employees of Ohorongo their immediate family members, and affiliated companies are not
eligible to participate.
2 Entry Process
To enter the raffle, participants must complete the online entry form at
www.ohorongo.eco/partner.
Only one entry per person is allowed. Multiple entries will result in disqualification.
3 Prize
The prize is non-transferable and can only be used by the winner. It cannot be sold, gifted,
or exchanged for cash or any other service.
The prize must be redeemed by 31.12.2025 and is subject to availability.
4 Selection of Winner
The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received by the closing date.
The decision of Ohorongo Game and Safari Lodge regarding the winner selection is final and binding.
The winner will be notified via the contact information provided in their entry form.
Any disputes will be resolved at the sole discretion of Ohorongo Private Game Reserve
5 Publicity
By entering the raffle, participants agree to the use of their name and image in any publicity
material related to the raffle, specifically social media and the Ohorongo website.
6 Data Protection
Personal information provided by participants will be used solely for the purpose of
administering the raffle and will be handled in accordance with Namibian data protection
laws.
7 Liability
Ohorongo is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from participation in
the raffle or acceptance of the prize.
8 Modifications
Ohorongo reserves the right to modify or cancel the raffle at any time without prior notice.
9 Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Namibia.
By participating in the raffle, entrants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and
agreed to these terms and conditions.
