Tented Camp

Overview

Designed to get you close to nature, the Ohorongo Safaris Tented Camp Namibia is in the reserve’s red-soiled western reaches. It is intimate and tranquil – with a touch of class.

The wooden decks and thatched roofs reflect the authentic Namibian spirit. Sustainable construction materials blend gracefully with the landscape’s granite monoliths. As with all we do, the lines between wilderness and comfort are blurred.

Why you'll love it

Connect with nature in a way that is often impossible in our everyday lives; the Ohorongo Safaris Tented Camp is the best place to begin a Wilderness Experience, and haven to return to afterwards.

From hiking through rugged landscapes to camping under the stars, the wilderness offers a sense of simplicity and a break from the distractions of modern life. Our Tented Camp Namibia facilities reflect this simplicity, while providing you with ample comfort.

You live close to nature in semi-permanent wood-and-canvas structures and you can view game from your private terrace. You have private outside showers under the stars.
